We had my daughter’s 7 year old birthday party at Urban Air in Southlake, TX tonight. First of all, the anticipation of going to a trampoline park was all the buzz among her friends. They allowed us to drop our things off early (cake, supplies, party favors) and then return with a car load of girls. That just made my life easier.
Our helper, Sarah, was very attentive to the kids, to our needs, and was there to help with each and every little thing. When I arrived with some of the kids, she had already set up the table for me, with my tablecloth and decorations! She was very patient and kind.
I felt like the kids were very safe there. Just like at water parks there are lifeguards everywhere, there are “safety patrols,” for lack of a better word, scattered throughout the trampoline park in all areas. They were focused on the kids and had whistles to get the jumpers attention if needed.
The kids were happy and absolutely worn out when the party was over! I feel like the price was comparable to other birthday party venues in our area. And, you get what you pay for, so, for me, I feel like 2 hours of jump time, and dinner (pizza) for the kids was worth every penny, not to mention their beaming faces!!!
We went to a birthday party and there was a misunderstanding. The staff especially Caleb made sure that we were all taken care of. We did not miss a beat. It is really a fun and interesting place and very affordable for an hour of fun.
Well Done!!!Urban Air is a great and affordable environment for a birthday party or just a day out with the kids. I have had two birthday parties at Urban Air Trampoline Park and I have taken my kids and friends for individual jump times. Imagine a place where kids can have a tremendous amount of fun, but also exercise without ever knowing it. In regards to our birthday parties, the staff and management were amazing. They handled all of the smaller details that allowed parents to enjoy time together while watching our kids. I found the management and staff to be committed to delivering a great product and experience.
I highly recommend Urban Air Trampoline Park for birthday parties and/or a fun day out with the kids. We will definately come back often.
Best kids party yet!Urban Air hosted the best kids party yet! Our host, Chip, was incredible and made sure all the kids were well taken care of. We planned a Tuesday party because obviously weekends are busier. Best decision we made, we had the whole place to ourselves. The staff is young but well trained and very professional. Every child at our party had the best time and did not want to leave. We have had many birthday parties and we received the best party for less! I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Of course there are risks with jumping and I wish that the adults that wrote bad reviews would have used better judgement. This is a kids park and also accomodates adults. We had a blast and will book our next party here! Ask for Chip!!
I had my son’s birthday party at the Urban Air Trampoline Park location in Southlake recently. It was the perfect party, and our hostess, Taylor, made everything so easy and stress-free. All of the kids had a great time at an affordable price. I think it is a great concept and with some great young adults working there. I was so pleased to see so many employees keeping an eye on things and helping to keep the kids jumping as safely as possible.
Great place for a party! This was the second time we had a party for our middle school cheerleaders! Everyone was wonderful and the girls had a great time! We will defiantly come back again! The party rates are very reasonable and it makes for a very easy party to plan!
Urban Air Trampoline Park was probably the most fun my kids have had at a birthday party in a long time. I would have to say that Urban Air is one of the best places to have a birthday party for kids. The Urban Air birthday party package makes it very simple. Urban Air Trampoline Park handles the tableware, balloons and assigns you a great kid as a party host. Once the kids at the birthday party arrive they are checked in and given a colored wristband which lets the safety staff know who is allowed on the trampoline arenas. Our party was 2 hours long and was one of the best places to have a birthday party for kids. The birthday party venue was perfect for kids and we will be back again for sure!
The PERFECT Birthday Party Urban Air Trampoline Park was the perect place for my kiddos 9th birthday party! We showed up and they had everything ready! Our party host was fun and very detail oriented. Parking was a little tough but once your inside it’s like your at Disney World! The park was very safe and organized and I think every kid at our party is going to have their birthday at Urban Air Trampoline Park.
